He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Shelly, Eric, Julie Butterworth (Mike) and Brian; his grandchildren, Jacob Crenshaw (Jamye), Brandon Crenshaw, Destiny Weeks, Savannah, Caitlyn, Taylor Crenshaw, Owen and Kaleigh Butterworth; and his great grandchildren, Aiden, Brooklyn, Cooper Crenshaw, Riley, Leia and Denver Weeks.
