She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wesley Simms and Evelyn Simms; her husband Darwin Harwood of Rockford; and her children, Diane Wincapaw (Tim), Linda Spataro (Jerry), Tammy Lipinski (Hank), Pammy Phillips (Bob) and Kimmie Pothour (Jon). She was also cherished by five daughters, fourteen grandchildren, twenty-six great-grandchildren, one sister, three sister-in-laws, and numerous nieces and nephews along with a multitude of friends.
