He is survived by: his wife Louella Hamlin of Macedonia; his children, Michael Howe of Benton, Gene, Veronica, Natalie, Jessica, Jennifer, William Howe of Herrin, Holly, Garrett, Craig and Claudia Moore of West Frankfort; his grandchildren, Amy, Stacy, Michael, Joshua and Tracy Howe of Akin; his great grandchildren, William C. Burcham and Wayne H. Howe; and his stepsons, David Franklin of Benton and Paul Franklin of Pureyear, TN.
