She was predeceased by: her parents, Vern Athey, Sr. and Hazel Athey (Nalley); and her brothers, Vern Athey, Jr. and Dennis Athey. She is survived by: her husband Bill Casey of Macedonia; her children, Jim Lenard (Cindi) of Benton and Toni Richardson (Barry) of Akin; her grandchildren, Rhiannon Wilburn (Logan), Adrienne Lenard, Chasidee Lenard, Bailey Hiestand, Taylor Walden, Gus Walden and Sidney Walden; her stepgranddaughter Autuam Prater (Kyle); her great grandchildren, Jude, Jensen Wilburn, Gracie Ogden, Ryvan, Ellie Prater and Baby H; her sister Beverly Lee of Benton; and her nephew Lucas Lee.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois, and will be accepted at the funeral home.
