He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Lugo and Paula Lugo (Ryba); his siblings, Thea Kavanaugh (Brian) and Jared Lugo (Brandi); his nieces and nephews, Nevan, Jaxon of Jared and Mikayla; his godchild Nevan Kavanaugh; and his grandparents, Lolita Ryba, Esther Lugo, Robert Ryba and Victor Lugo.
