He is survived by: his sons, Karl Polaski (Dianne) and Paul Polaski (Anita DeStefano); his granddaughters, Kristin Polaski-Rigg (Alex Rigg) and Dawn Polaski; and his great grandchildren, Ryan and Hannah Rigg.
