He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey (Anne) and Dawn Mase (Joseph); his grandchildren, Cassandra, Julianne, Ryan, Joshua, Joseph, Cecelia, Anna and Anthony; his great grandchildren, Rebecca, Macsen and Ellis; his sister-in-law Joan Petrik (Gerald); and his cousin Jill Geschke.
