He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth J. Hebenstreit MD and Helena Hebenstreit, RN; and his siblings, Julia Hebenstreit and William Hebenstreit. He is survived by: his siblings, Lenore Repel, Grace Brummel, Janet Tavakoli, Patricia Sevening-Killion (Lowell), Mark Hebenstreit and Mary Katherine Hebenstreit.
