He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert A. Blade and Veryl E. Blade (Larson); his sister-in-law Robin Blade; and his cousin Linda Lindburg. He is survived by: his close friend Tammy Johnson; his children, Elizabeth Maturure, Jake Blade (Allison), Bubba Johnson (Marissa) and Amanda Marshall (Jake Miller); his grandchildren, Mariah Griffin, Gianna Maturure, Adelynn, Jason Blade, Austin, Ellie Johnson, Olen and Emma Marshall; his brothers, Mike and Jim Blade; his nieces, Ashley Galle and Jessie "Short" Johnston; and his cousin Marta Solomonson.
Memorials may be made to the Village of Andover Park.
