She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Bruner and Ione Bruner (Frost); her stepfather Lyle Fletcher; and her siblings, Rollo Bruner, Beverly Bruner and Jan "Tootsie" Tollerud.
She is survived by: her spouses, Frederick Plapp and Fred "Bud"; her children, Karen Zwicker (Ed), Litchfield, Judy McCoy (Chuck), Fred Plapp (Lisa) and Cable; her grandchildren, Ryan, Tia, Jake, Hannah and Caleb; her great grandchildren, Ayva, Cameron and Antigone; her siblings, Nancy Rhodenbaugh (Larry), Sherrard Robinson, Kathy Robinson (Harvey) and Doyne Bruner (Darlene); and also Colorado Springs.
