She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Haywood and Barbara Joann Haywood (Temple); and her brother Greg Haywood. She is survived by: her sons, Nicholas Chambers (Bobbi) of Tulsa, OK and Dylan Steffen of Lowpoint, IL; her brother Roger Haywood (Tina) of O'Fallon, MO; and her sister-in-law Diane Haywood of Peoria, IL. She is also survived by one niece; and three nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Illinois Cancer Care, 8940 North Wood Sage Road, Peoria, IL 61615.
