Edith Ann Whitfield Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edith Ann Whitfield of Lowpoint, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on February 19, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Bledsoe and Lucy Bledsoe (Zilch); and her siblings, Jack Bledsoe and Peggy Shryock. She is survived by: her husband Robert Whitfield; her sons, Robert Whitfield Jr. (Elsie) of Peoria and Rickie Whitfield (Jacqueline) of Lowpoint; her grandchildren, Joshua Edward Harris, Tiffany Harris, Robbie Lee Whitfield III and Ryan Lance Whitfield of Oklahoma; her stepgranddaughter Alexis Whitman (Stephanie) of Dunlap; and her siblings, Ed Bledsoe (Donna), Paula Whitledge (Bob), Judy Dodson, Virginia Milligan, Mary Magee and Vickey Price (Roy). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
