He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Norman Johnson and Esther Johnson (Harrison); his wife Betty Lou Collins of Lowpoint; his children, Leanna Klaus (Dave) of Montana, Lynn Ehlers (Ryan) of Metamora, Matthew Johnson (Heather) of Peoria and Laura Otto (Ryan) of Congerville; his grandchildren, Andrew, Levi, Chloe, Parker, Martha, Olivia, Chase, Alexis, Nathanael, Natalie, Ava and Luke; and his sister Judy Wilkerson of Washington. He was also cherished by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Illinois Spina Bifida Association.
