He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Woodard and Lucy Woodard (Cleaver); his wife Mary Lou Galvin; his sister Virginia Ater; and his niece Micki Lynn Dunn.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Woodard (Leann) of Decatur, John Woodard (Deanna) of Tuscola and Becky Blackton (Thomas) of Troy, OH.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the McMullin-Young Funeral Home and Cremation Services - Lovington (312 S Broadway St, Lovington, IL 61937). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
