Cushman, Jr.; her children, Joe Cushman DuQuoin (Gina), Ron Cushman Chester (Amber), Tim Cushman Chester (Alice), Jess Cushman Chester (Jackie) and Pam Dilday Rockwood (Jim); her brother Kenneth Miller Sullivan (Eva); her great grandchild Many; her parent Husband; and her siblings, Dorothy Faye Reed, Evelyn Glover, June Miller, Eugene Miller and Charles Miller. She is also survived by Many Nieces, Nephews.
