He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Everett and Pauline Patrick (Price); and his brothers, Calvin, Dale, Everett and Charlie Patrick.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Stout of Lovington, IL; and his children, Angela Hogan (Rick) of Sullivan, IL, Dawn Dicke (Jim) of Crittenden, KY and Shawn. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.
