She was predeceased by: her parents, Herschel Carter and Nannie Harlin Carter; and her husband Edward 'Ed' E. Wood. She is survived by: her children, Vickie Mechling (Steve) of Logansport, Keith Wood (Brenda) of Lovington, Steve Wood (Potae) of Chicago and Judy Austin (Larry) of Mt. Zion. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twenty three great grandchildren and a great great granddaughter and special friend.
