He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Leslie and Lola Loral Newlan; and his wife Hazel M. Fultz. He is survived by: his daughters, Darlene Barlow (Bob) of Lovington, Shirley Jones of Woodridge and Carolyn Trower (Jeff) of Lovington. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
