She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Columbus and Hattie Jane White (Young); her husband Quadie L. Cook Sr.; her daughter Wilma; her grandsons, Tim and Steven; and her great grandchildren, Kiernan and Destiny.
She is survived by: her children, Quadie Cook Jr. (Margie) of Indianapolis, IN, Phillip Dean Cook (Lori) of Decatur, Nora Jane Phipps (Larry) of Bement, Barbara Watt (Richard) of Clinton, Diane Riley (Roy) of Bement and Brenda Ammann (Ronnie) of Findlay; and her sister Nina Mahaney of Oxford, FL. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 48 great grandchildren and 15 great great grandchildren.
