He is survived by: his wife Barbara June Bunton of Lovington; his children, Gregory Dean Tarr (Cindy) of Sullivan, Linda Hayse (Albert) of Lovington and Kimberly Wallace (Mike) of Greenup; and his siblings, Wayne Tarr of Wheeler and Mary Bell Smallwood of Mattoon. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
