He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Phillips and Charlotte Phillips; and his sister Barbara Cromwell. He is survived by: his wife Vera Ingrid Phillips; his children, Nancy Brandt (Marlin) and Gary Phillips; his grandchildren, Dylan (Aleysha) and Tessa Brandt; his great grandchildren, Abigail, Lexie and Evelyn; and his sister Beverly Phillips. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
