With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter Pope Jr. (Loves Park, Illinois), born in Sterling, Illinois, who passed away on March 20, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Connie G Pope (Hartzell); his children, Cara Marie Greenwald (Chris) of Morgan Hill, CA and Jenica Gehrett (Dustin) of Grand Junction, CO; his grandchildren, Camrie, Abby, Maddie and Emily; and his siblings, Ray Pope (Meredith), Ryan Pope and Jayne Hurd (Dean). He was also cherished by numerous nieces & nephews; and many dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grace Family Church.
