He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Mirshak and Anita Mirshak (Cannella); his grandson Cameron Michael Mirshak; his brothers, Jerry Mirshak and Ron Mirshak (Diane); his uncle Vern; and his aunt Lotti Mirshak.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Mirshak (Schwarz); his children, Thomas, David, Michael, Scott, Brian and Julie; his grandchildren, Starr, Lexus, Brooke, David Jr., Scott T. Jr., Lindsaye, Luke, Jaydon, Shyla, Emma, Caleb, Cayden and Anthony; his great grandchildren, DiVanni and Ka'Marion; his brother Robert Mirshak (Carol); his sister-in-law Sharon Mirshak; and his nephew Robert Mirshak (Jane).
