It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sue Ellen Stebritz of Loves Park, Illinois, born in Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on April 17, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Johnson and Ethel Johnson (Kasper). She is survived by: her children, Joe Stebritz, Elizabeth Hade (Adam) and Andrew Stebritz (Jessica); and her siblings, Bruce Johnson (Michele), Cathy Pfaff (Tony) and Edie Nyen (Al). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and their children.
She worked as comptroller in the field of manufacturing prior to retiring Sue Ellen is loved and missed by her children, Joe Stebritz, Elizabeth (Adam) Hade, and Andrew (Jessica) Stebritz; 7 grandchildren; siblings Bruce (Michele) Johnson, Cathy (Tony) Pfaff, and Edie (Al) Nyen; nieces, nephews, and their children – all of whom she loved very much A private family service will be held at a later date Memorials to the Rockford Rescue Mission or The Pregnancy Care Center of Rockford.
