He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Warren and Lorraine Warren (Trealoff); and his brothers, Ronnie Warren and Gary Warren. He is survived by: his wife Lana Martin; his children, Shawn Warren, Dorrena Jo Warren, Allen Warren, Donna Camilli (Tony) and Thomas Warren (Carolyn); his grandchildren, Benjamin Warren, Nicholas Warren, Amber and Leigha; his great grandchildren, Mikey, Brody, Declan and Zoey; his brothers, Larry Warren (Cindy), Brad Warren (Vickie) and Howard Warren (Dawn); and his sister-in-law Chris Warren. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
