He is survived by: his children, Sarah Gonzalez (Gilberto), Ricky Penney Jr. and Jason Penney; his grandchildren, Sadie, Aubrey Penney, Stacy, Vincent and Madelyn Gonzalez; and his siblings, Diane, Charlotte, Leroy and John. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
