He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis C. Bachrodt, Jr. and Irene; his sister Kathleen; his parents-in-law, Paul Phillip and Mary Jane Phillip; and his siblings-in-law, Thomas Phillip (Barbara), James Phillip, Mary Jo Phillip (Stella) and Sarah Bachrodt.
He is survived by: his friends, Pat Cielesz, Bill Gustafson and Denny Saporiti; his wife Margaret; his children, Karin Reemts (Patrick) and Michael Bachrodt (Amy); his grandchildren, Mabel Bachrodt, Clara Bachrodt, Axel Bachrodt, Baxter Reemts and Cassidy Reemts; his siblings, Louis C. Bachrodt III (Irena), Patrick Bachrodt (Lisa) and Mary Costello (Tom); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Ann Phillip, Kathleen Siegel (Kurt), Kay Phillip, Suzanne Bachrodt and Lawrence Phillip (Kathleen). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and life-long friends.
