With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nicholas Carafotias Cary of Loves Park, Illinois, who passed away on February 13, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil "Bill" Carafotias and Dimitra Carafotias (Shoni); his spouse Genella V. Loney; his sister Angela "Koula" Papson; and his brother-in-law Pete Panouses.

He is survived by: his daughter Christina Cary; his granddaughter Lucille Cary; and his sisters, Katherine Panouses and Georgia Manesis (George). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
