She was predeceased by: her parents, Verl Lenington and Velma Lenington (Akes). She is survived by: her children, Pam Turvold (Troy) of Roscoe, Debbie Crabb-Schultz of Rockford, Tim Schultz (Marina) of Ridgeville, SC, Scott Schultz (Teri) of Oregon, Gene Mead (Susan) of Belvidere, Larry Mead (Helen) of Oregon and Gary Mead of Oregon; and her sister Evelyn Jourdan (Leroy) of Rock Falls. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials are established for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
