It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leda Phillips of Loves Park, Illinois, born in Marmaduke, Arkansas, who passed away on October 8, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank A. Wooten and Fannie Mae Wooten (Ward); her husband Burl Phillips; her daughter Brenda Phillips; and her grandson Trey Harp.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Phillips (Sue), Dennis Phillips (Carol), Rick Phillips (Marsha), Dwight Phillips (Kay) and Zandra Brockway; and her brother Rick. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
