In the sacred silence of farewell, Laura is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Laura's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald J. Wood and Laura D. Wood (Thomas); her husband H. Clinton Gray; and her son Dennis L. Mueller. She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen Wayman (Ben Ignaszak); her grandson Howard Wayman (Kimberly); her stepson Larry Gray (Carol); and her stepgrandchildren, Jennifer Hoang and Bradley Gray (Laura). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grace Lutheran Church (343 Grand Ave, Loves Park, IL 61111). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
