He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edley, Velva Pond, Roland and Florence Demus; and his father-in-law James Lewis.
He is survived by: his parents, Karen Pond and Gearld Pond; his wife Janet Pond; his children, Tabetha and Zachary Pond; his siblings, Gearld Pond Jr. and Kari Tanker (Steve); his brother-in-law David Lewis (Teri); and his nephews, Ty and Noah Tanker. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts and uncles, and extended family.
