He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. and Mary L. Baldwin (McCoullough); his brother Carl Baldwin; and his nephew Eric Lee. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Amanda Sutalski (Brian), Kimberly Baldwin, Jeffrey J. Baldwin (Amy), Robert Baldwin (Claudia), Daniel Gastmann and Elizabeth Gastmann; his grandchildren, Kathryn, Chloe, Holly, Noah, Piper, Andrew, Timothy, Joseph, Ella Rose, Aubrey and Ashton; his sister Delores Horstmann (Michael); and his pets, Fredrick and Abby. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
