He was predeceased by: his siblings, Everett "Tom" Heathscott Jr., Charlie Heathscott, Ronnie Gilbert and Vicki Mohr. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie M. Mohr; his children, James Heathscott Jr. (Shannon), Tina Heathscott, Travis Heathscott (Sandra) and Clinton Robbins (Brandy); his grandchildren, Zach Nociti, Jimmy Heathscott III, Samantha Heathscott, Joey Heathscott, Hayley Heathscott, Skylar Heathscott, Crystal Heathscott, Travis Heathscott Jr., Jonatan Mendez, Juan Mendez, Alex Robbins and Macayla Robbins; his great grandchildren, Owen, Maliyah, Cayden, Noah, Skylyn, Jason, Willow, Kahili, Emilia and Ariela; his sisters, Glenna Calvert and Rena Kern (Charlie); and his siblings-in-law, Cathy Heathscott, Malinda Heathscott, Jackie Gilbert and Gil Mohr.
