He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Simpson and Muriel Simpson (Alberts); and his brothers, Arthur and Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Breseman; his sons, Ralph and Robert; his grandchildren, Samuel, Kristana and Kathryn Simpson; his siblings, Judith Smith (Mike), Stanley Simpson (Becky Glover) and Carl Simpson (Mary Ellen); and his sister-in-law Diane Simpson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Jack's name to Forest Hills Free Evangelical Church.
