She was predeceased by: her parents, Rafael Chavez and Victoria Contreras; her husband Oscar Guzman Jimenez; and her siblings, Manuel, Guadalupe and Francisco Chavez.
She is survived by: her children, Irma M. Jimenez, Oscar J. Jimenez, Luis A. Jimenez and Veronica Jimenez; her grandchildren, Marisol, Victoria, Fernando Jr., Avianna and Fabian; and her siblings, Elva Chavez and Rafael Chavez (Diana). She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Christenson Funeral Home (925 3rd Ave, Rockford, IL 61104). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
