It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Heather Dianne Hammer (Loves Park, Illinois), born in Dixon, Illinois, who passed away on June 12, 2018, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Michael Hammer; her niece Ashley Hammer; and also Tony. She is also survived by 4 nieces and 2 nephews.
