He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanita Hendrix (Dreis) and Austin Hendrix; and his wife Mandie. He is survived by: his sons, Nicholas Hendrix (Adele) and Alex Hendrix; his brothers, Dave Hendrix (Vicki) and Dean Hendrix (Terri); his nephew Dave Hendrix Jr.; and his niece Amy Gordon.
