He is survived by: his wife Shelly DiVerdi; his children, Raymond Hood (Samantha) and Paige Avery (Dereck); his grandson Finnley Avery; his stepchildren, Skyler Pyzynski (Nancy Perl) and Kegan Pyzynski; and his siblings, Dustin Kersey and Dawn Terrell.
