Collins (Jones); her granddaughter Destiny Worley; her siblings, Gloria Ralston, Lisa LaBore, Charlotte Bishop, Becky Sharp, Randy Whelchel, Bradley Whelchel and John Collins; her nieces and nephews, Kevin Ralston, Christi Collins, Allister Ralston, Amber Ralston, Chandlor Ralston, Shawn Vallance and Brianna Tomlinson; her great-nephews, Ian Williams, Elijah Stewart and Rowan Tomlinson; her great-niece Skyler Ralston; her close friend Carl Tvedt; and also Crystal.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
