He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Thompson; his son Anthony Thompson; his siblings, Barb Cassaro (Chuck) and John Rullo; his nieces and nephews, Stephanie, Nick, Benjamin and Julia; and his friend Don McCullam. He is also survived by husband, father, brother, uncle and dear friend.
