It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlene M. Adden of Loves Park, Illinois, who passed away on January 14, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Erick Carlson and Beda Carlson (Nyman); and her husband John A. Adden. She is survived by: her children, Steven of McCormick, SC, Bradley Adden (Janice) of Yardley, PA and Heidi Gee (Todd) of Loves Park; her grandchildren, Jamie Hand (Patrick), Nicole Adden, Julia Palecek (Stephen), Sarah Adden, Patrick Adden (Alyssa), Ryan Adden (Dana), Abbie Pomella (Nick) and AJ Gee (Abbi); her great grandchildren, Blake, Molly, Reagan Hand, Lily and Nora Palecek; and her grandchild Jojo.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christ United Methodist Church (4509 Highcrest Rd, Rockford, IL 61107). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
