She is survived by: her parents, Jeff MacGregor (Mary) and Sarah MacGregor (Ryan Farrell); her siblings, Makenna Thomas, Alisyn MacGregor, Avaleigh Engesetter, Jeffery MacGregor Jr. and Amelia MacGregor; her grandparents, Joann Race, Shirley MacGregor, Dan and Tina Baker; her great-grandparent Eula Stonecipher; and her aunts and uncles, Jennifer Neal (Larry), Chavez Borrego (Layla), Sean Baker, Grayson Baker, Amanda Lindsey (Mike), David Conley (Cheryl) and Charlie Conley (Angie).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to help with Abbi's final expenses.
