She was predeceased by: her father Jerry R. Harrington; her parents-in-law, Lawrence Lampley and Anna Marie Lampley; her brother Carl Ray Harrington; and her grandparents, Floyd, Lora Harrington, Robert, Wilma Snell and Misty.
She is survived by: her mother Linda S. Harrington (Snell); her husband Jerry Lampley of Louisville; her sons, David Simmons (Stephanie) of Flora and Nick Lampley (Kendall) of Flora; her grandsons, Johnathan and Lucas Simmons of Flora; and her siblings, David Harrington (Sherry) of Louisville, Donna Britton (Troy) of Louisville and Sue Smith of Murphysboro.
Memorial donations in Sarah's memory may be made to Heritage Woods Activity Fund or any charity of the donor's choice and will be accepted through the funeral home.
