It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby L. (Wilkins) Parker of Louisville, Illinois, born in Clay City, Illinois, who passed away on February 2, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Wilkins and Dorothy Wilkins (Rosenberg); her husband Kenneth Allen Parker; and her great grandchild Royce Boling. She is survived by: her children, Gayle Clark (Paul) of Corpus Christi, Steven Parker (Ronda Ram) of Richmond and Terri Bright (David) of Katy; her grandchildren, Shawn Clark (Kellie), Ashley Clark, Christopher Clark, Stephanie Parker, Sterling Parker, Jessalynn Boling (Jordan), Jennica Parker (Tanner Dawkins), Landen Bright, Joshua Bright, Summer Bright, Esther Joy Bright, Caleb Bright and Josiah Bright; her great grandchildren, Emerson Boling, Ever Boling and Ariya Boling; and her siblings, Howard Wilkins of Louisville, Carol Jean O'Dell of Louisville and Doris Pflaum (Bill) of Clay City.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Ruby's memory to the First Baptist Church, Louisville, and will be accepted through the funeral home.
