He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert A. Feldhake and Agnes Feldhake (Bussman); and his sister-in-law Susan Feldhake. He is survived by: his wife Betty Feldhake of Louisville; his children, Christina Feldhake of Flora, Tony Feldhake (Joyce) of Hord, Cheryl Burroughs (Larry) of Louisville, Bonnie Bailey (Mike) of Louisville and Tim Feldhake (Michelle) of Clay City; his grandchildren, Jonathan Guinn (Cassie) of Xenia, Crickette Bolyard (Michael) of St. Peter, Jenna Smith (Evan) of Xenia, Joshua Burroughs (Taylor) of Louisville, Shelby Eastin (Jarvis) of Oakland City, IN, Levi Bailey, Garon Bailey of Louisville, Amber McGee (Cody) of Flora, Zachary Feldhake (Taylor) of Louisville and Colten Feldhake of Clay City; and his siblings, Diana Greuel of Louisville, Steve Feldhake of Watson, Marilyn Feldhake (Wayne Deaton) of Xenia, Rosalie Weidner (Paul) of Clay City, Max Feldhake of Louisville, Roy Feldhake (Vicki) of Louisville, Linda Feldhake of Chrisman, Jayne Feldhake of Louisville, Kathy Price (Jerry) of Rinard and Pat Greenwood (Tom) of Xenia. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations are suggested to either Shriners Hospitals for Children or St. Jude Children's Hospital and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
