Patty L. Kuhlig Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patty L. Kuhlig of Louisville, Illinois, who passed away on June 17, 2024 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Patty had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Patty may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her father Herbert Gumbel; her brother Ron Gumbel; and her boyfriend Bill McWhorter. She is survived by: her daughter Nikki Kuhlig of Salem, Illinois; her mother Arlene Gumbel of Flora; her sister Katherine Kuenstler (Robert) of Noble, Illinois; her extended family Rodney McWhorter (Britney Apke) of Dieterich; and also, Bowen and Coleman McWhorther. She is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Patty's memory to The Stroke Foundation.
