Kenneth Wayne Wattles Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 13, 2022, at the age of 79, Kenneth Wayne Wattles of Louisville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Corydon Lee "Yank" and Roxie Marine Wattles (Anderson); his cousin Albert Williams; his siblings-in-law, Lois Jean Zink, Phyllis Zink-Schwenk, Charles Hackett, James Hackett, Donnie Zink and Richard Zink; his nephew Steven Smith; and his niece Joni Zink-Hueckstaedt.

He is survived by: his wife Gloria Wattles; his sons, Brian Lee Wattles (Nicola) of Louisville, IL and John Eric Wattles (Sarah) of Lawrenceville, IL; his grandchildren, Ian Wattles, Kamden Wattles, Makina Wattles, Bailey Miller, Brody Wattles, Gage Wattles and Alli Wattles; his sister Freda Stanfield (Jack) of Louisville; his nieces and nephews, Tina Pieplow (Brian), Christine Hayes, Pam Zink, Janet Zink, Cathy Billingsley, Scott Smith, Johnny Zink and Josh Zink; and his cousins, Russell Patridge, Ray Patridge, Carl Wayne Wattles and Jim Wattles. He is also survived by several cousins, and great nieces and great nephews.

Due to health concerns related to COVID-19, it is recommended that you please wear a mask and practice social distancing.

Memorials may be made in Kenny's memory to Oil Belt Christian Service Camp in Flora or Discovery Christian School in Effingham, and will be accepted through the funeral home.
