He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis B. Parker and Madeline M. Parker (Locke); his great grandchild Royce Boling; his siblings, George Parker, Bobbie Parker and Irene Johnson; and his parents-in-law, Cecil and Dorothy Wilkins.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby L. Parker of Louisville; his children, Gayle Clark (Paul) of Corpus Christi, Steven Parker of Richmond and Terri Bright (David) of Katy; his grandchildren, Shawn Clark (Kellie), Ashley Clark, Christopher Clark, Stephanie Parker, Sterling Parker, Jassalynn Boling (Jordan), Jennica Parker (Tanner Dawkins), Landen Bright, Joshua Bright, Summer Bright, Esther Joy Bright, Caleb Bright and Josiah Bright; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Jean O'Dell of Louisville, Doris Pflaum (Bill) of Clay City and Howard Wilkins of Louisville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and good friends.
