She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Max Carroll and Fern Carroll (Arterburn); her husband Eugene Charles "Gene" Nettleton; her daughters, Cathy Briscoe (Doug) of Louisville, Cammy Watkins (Arthur German) of Louisville and Jennifer Sproat (Dale) of Evansville, Indiana; her grandchildren, Sierra Crabtree (Eddie) of Evansville, Mason Sproat of Evansville, Travis Watkins (Chrissy) of Wheeler, Brittany Ault (Toby) of Louisville, Greg Oestreich (Kay) of Clay City and Zeb Oestreich of Clay City; and her sister Debbie Lunt (Mick) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.. She was also cherished by 9 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made in Carol's memory to either Clay County Cancer Crusaders or Clay County Hospice.
